Garlic Harvester Cutter by Zocapi
Harvesting and Cutting in One!
This trailed machine hooks to the three points of your tractor so you can harvest 1 to 5 rows with each pass. As the garlic is lifted from the soil it is carried via a pulley system up a vibration track to removed excess soil until it reaches the cutter which removes the stem. Garlic heads are then carried to your collection unit of choice while the stems continue along the path of the straps and drop gently back to the ground. Back-side unloading is available in 1 and 2 row machines while 3, 4, and 5 row machines are available with rear unloading or side discharge directly into a trailer. Minimum between row distance is 43 cm.

This garlic clove peeler machine uses air pressure and lower rod tapes. Pair it with a hopper and inspection-selection belt, washing pool and turbine drying system on our PVC perforated belt. All manufactured in stainless steel AISI304.
This chemical sprayer consists of an electric pump with pressure gauge to ensure each seed is sprayed diligently. Three (3) injectors offer even coverage with a performance of 1500 – 2000 kg/h while an optional turbine for extraction of impurities can be incorporated.
This static sorting machine uses a cascading system where bands go from smallest to largest over 4 to 7 sorts. Garlic falls through the chosen diameter and conveyors carry them to boxes or pallets ready for size classification. The perforated PVC band sorter uses a 1 meter real width and can sort from 5,000 to 7,000 kg/h while the metal mesh sorter uses a 1.2 meters real width and can sort from 8,000 to 10,000 kg/h.
